|  | The greatest strength of any school is its faculty, and Dexter is fortunate in having such a dedicated group of men and women on staff. More than three dozen faculty and staff have devoted between ten and thirty years of service to Dexter boys. These educators continually review the Dexter educational program and apply their considerable experience to the evolving needs of the curriculum. Dexter School supports ongoing professional development among its faculty. Each year faculty members enroll in post-graduate study and professional development programs which enrich the entire Dexter community.
Dexter seeks and retains faculty members who are both talented in the classroom and good role models for the students. Attributes such as self-discipline, gentlemanly conduct, and consideration of others are personified by Dexter teachers.
