|  | The greatest strength of any school is its staff, and Southfield is fortunate in having a dedicated group of men and women. More than two dozen faculty and staff have devoted between five and thirty years of service to Dexter and Southfield Schools. These educators continually review the educational programs and apply their considerable experience to the evolving needs of the Southfield curriculum. The Schools support ongoing professional development among its faculty. Each year faculty members enroll in post-graduate study and professional development programs which enrich the entire Southfield community.
Southfield seeks and retains faculty members who are both competent in the classroom and are good role models for the students. Attributes such as self-discipline, proper conduct, and consideration of others are supported and personified by Southfield faculty members.
